At PIPESTONE, we live and breathe our core values: Integrity, Caring, Commitment, Growth, and Teamwork. This year, we’re taking a closer look at each value, exploring what they mean to us and how they shape our organization. Our values are the foundation of who we are and how we work together. Join us as we recognize our team members who exemplify these values.

Exemplifying Commitment: Juan
Site Manager
In times of challenge, true commitment shines through—and Juan Sanchez de la Cruz is a powerful example of that. Even while facing personal difficulties outside of work, Juan remained fully dedicated to leading his team and ensuring the farm continued to run smoothly.
When he wasn’t able to be physically present, Juan maintained strong communication with his leads and supervisor, adjusted his schedule as needed, and found ways to support the team from wherever he was. His leadership never wavered.
“How Juan conducted himself during such trying times was truly commendable,” shared Production Supervisor Brian Heinrich. “He stayed grounded in his responsibilities—both at home and on the farm—and I’m incredibly proud of the commitment he’s shown to his team, his family, and his role.”
Thank you, Juan, for showing us that commitment means showing up—even when it’s hard—and staying dedicated to the people who count on you.
