Nutrition & Procurement Coordinator

Growth often comes from embracing the unknown—and Avery Mather has done exactly that. Over the past year, she has stepped into new territory with confidence, expanded her capabilities, and found innovative ways to strengthen the team.

Whether building Power BI dashboards, improving processes with team members, or stepping in to help wherever needed, Avery has approached each task with curiosity, technical expertise, and a drive to do things better. Now, in his role as Director of Production, Noah has elevated his leadership by focusing on coaching and supporting his team—empowering them to take ownership rather than stepping in to do the work himself. His ability to guide others while fostering a culture of accountability has strengthened both his team and the organization.
