Dr. Jon De Jong grew up in Orange City, Iowa, where he spent much of his time on his family’s farm. He earned his B.S. from South Dakota State University before obtaining his M.S. and PhD in Swine Nutrition from Kansas State University.

Originally from Philomath, Oregon, Kiah Berg grew up raising and showing pigs. Her involvement in the swine industry continued in college where she earned her B.S. , M.S and Ph.D. in Applied Swine Nutrition from Kansas State University.

Jake Koepke, a Sioux Falls, South Dakota native, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and Biotechnology (2015) and a Master’s degree in Swine Nutrition (2017) from South Dakota State University.

Emily Radcliffe grew up in southwest Minnesota and earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Swine Nutrition from South Dakota State University. She joined Pipestone Nutrition in 2017 and now serves as the Senior Supervisor of Business Development, working closely with farmers to optimize herd performance through targeted nutrition strategies.

Ethan Stas grew up in Latrobe, Pennsylvania where his family operated a veterinary practice. He spent time showing pigs and lambs and tagging along on farm calls with his father and brother.

Madie grew up near Parma, Michigan, and obtained her undergraduate degree in Animal Science from Michigan State University. She completed her Master’s and PhD in Applied Swine Nutrition at Kansas State University, where her research focused on feed management strategies to improve the weaning transition and decrease mortality. Madie joined Pipestone Nutrition in 2023.

Wade Harrison, originally from Southeastern Illinois, spent 15 years in wean-to-finish production with a large integrator before joining Pipestone. He graduated from the University of Illinois in 1996 with a B.S. in Animal Science. Wade became a Nutrition Account Manager at Pipestone in 2021.

Monte Hickman graduated from South Dakota State University with a degree in Animal Science and a minor in Ag Business. Monte joined Pipestone in June 2011 and has held many different positions with Pipestone but currently serves as a Nutrition Account Manager. Monte enjoys spending time with his son, Kash.
