Dr. Elise Snezek

DVM, Veterinarian

Originally from Suwanee, Georgia, Dr. Elise Snezek discovered her passion for veterinary medicine through her undergraduate studies, where she was first introduced to livestock. Although her early animal experience came from horseback riding, her interest in food animals grew while working with cattle, goats, sheep, and pigs during college. That interest became a career focus in veterinary school, where she pursued population medicine and completed the Swine Veterinary Internship Program in 2022, spending a summer with Tosh Farms in Tennessee. There, she solidified her passion for working with pigs and the people who raise them.

Dr. Snezek holds a Bachelor of Science and Associate of Arts from the University of Findlay, a Master of Public Health from Mercer University, and earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Georgia in 2024. She joined Pipestone Veterinary Services in May 2025 as a swine veterinarian.

Outside of work, Dr. Snezek enjoys horseback riding, crocheting, video games, gardening, and watching horror movies. She also enjoys relaxing at home with her three cats. Her family lives in Georgia and Ohio, and she has a twin sister, who trains and breeds reining horses in California.
