Dr. Jon De Jong grew up in Orange City, Iowa, where he spent much of his time on his family’s farm. He earned his B.S. from South Dakota State University before obtaining his M.S. and PhD in Swine Nutrition from Kansas State University.

Jenna Hauglid, originally from Dell Rapids, South Dakota, grew up on her family farm. She graduated from South Dakota State University in 2009 with a B.S. in Animal Science and Agribusiness. Jenna joined Pipestone the same year and currently serves as the Senior Supervisor of Business Admin.

Mandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Colorado State University (2009), a Master of Science in Swine Nutrition from Kansas State University (2011), and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Colorado State University (2024). She joined Pipestone in 2024 as the Director of Feed Ingredient Procurement.

Jaide Mohlis is from northeast Iowa and joined Pipestone in March of 2020. She currently serves as the Ingredient Procurement Manager. Jaide and her husband, Jason have two sons. They are actively engaged in the swine industry, managing a nursery pig operation alongside their corn and soybean farm.

Jake Geisler, originally from Fort Dodge, Iowa, graduated from Iowa State University in with degrees in Ag Business and Accounting. He furthered his education at the University of Iowa, earning his Masters of Business Administration in 2005. Jake joined Pipestone in 2022 and currently holds the position of Strategic Commodity Manager.

Emily Radcliffe grew up in southwest Minnesota and earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Swine Nutrition from South Dakota State University. She joined Pipestone Nutrition in 2017 and now serves as the Senior Supervisor of Business Development, working closely with farmers to optimize herd performance through targeted nutrition strategies.

Growing up in Eastern Iowa, where her father worked as a veterinarian, Hannah gradually developed an interest in agriculture. Hannah pursued an Animal Science degree at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and graduated in 2012. She joined Pipestone in March of 2013 and currently works as a Nutrition Specialist.

Wade Harrison, originally from Southeastern Illinois, spent 15 years in wean-to-finish production with a large integrator before joining Pipestone. He graduated from the University of Illinois in 1996 with a B.S. in Animal Science. Wade became a Nutrition Account Manager at Pipestone in 2021.

Monte Hickman graduated from South Dakota State University with a degree in Animal Science and a minor in Ag Business. Monte joined Pipestone in June 2011 and has held many different positions with Pipestone but currently serves as a Nutrition Account Manager. Monte enjoys spending time with his son, Kash.

Shantel grew up on a farm in southwest Minnesota, raising Simmental cow/calf pairs and managing a feedlot and row crops. She graduated from South Dakota State University in 2019. Shantel gained experience working in various roles at Pipestone and now serves as the Feed Ordering Manager. Shantel and her husband Cole have a daughter, Nova.
