From her time in Managed Sow Farms to her transition into a customer-facing role, Erin has always prioritized doing things the right way. She has set strong expectations for animal care while helping team members grow and succeed. Today, she brings that same level of excellence to her work with customers, ensuring they receive cost-effective products delivered with a strong focus on biosecurity.

Marvin Flores demonstrates commitment through his hands-on leadership and dedication to supporting his team at Thunder Ridge. He consistently goes the extra mile to ensure his team members have the tools, knowledge, and support they need to succeed.
Marvin takes a proactive approach in everything he does. Before sending his team to Sioux Falls for safety glasses, he made the trip himself to understand the process and ensure everything would go smoothly. This extra step reflects his focus on removing challenges and creating a better experience for his team.
“Marvin is always thinking ahead and doing what’s best for his team. He goes out of his way to make sure they have what they need to succeed,” shared Sarah Johnson, Compensation and Benefits Manager.
