Analytics and Platforms Specialist
Brooklyn Fey demonstrates growth through her ability to continually expand her skills while taking on increasingly complex projects across Pipestone. She has grown into someone who can successfully bring together business needs, user experience, communication, and technology to create solutions that deliver meaningful value to the organization.
Over the past year, Brooklyn has strengthened her ability to manage projects, build relationships, and collaborate with stakeholders across Pipestone and with external partners. Through projects such as the Pipestone Management website redesign and the Investor Module in CCM, she has successfully gathered input from multiple groups, defined project scope, and ensured solutions met both business and end-user needs. Brooklyn consistently takes ownership of her work, listening to feedback, asking thoughtful questions, and identifying opportunities to improve business processes and customer experiences.

Andrew: Exemplifying Growth
Business Operations Manager
Andrew Niedert exemplifies growth through his dedication to learning, leadership, and continuous improvement throughout his career at Pipestone. Over the past decade, he has expanded his knowledge of both the company and the industry, developing into a trusted resource who helps guide strategic decisions across the organization.
Andrew’s journey began as an intern working part-time in sow farms before joining the company full-time and immersing himself in the business. As his understanding grew, he became skilled at connecting information across teams to identify opportunities for improvement. He has helped uncover efficiencies, identify gaps in business strategy, and support operational improvements that strengthen the organization. Along the way, Andrew has also demonstrated leadership by mentoring team members and helping others understand how their work contributes to Pipestone’s mission.
