I value his experience and knowledge, and his willingness to collaborate with others to identify solutions and ensure all have the knowledge they need to excel,” shared Brooke Kastner, Safety Manager.
In his current role, Joe works closely with multiple departments, including production, welfare, and safety, to identify opportunities for improvement and support team members in their daily work. By bringing people together, encouraging collaboration, and helping implement new technologies and solutions, Joe plays an important role in helping both individuals and the organization continue to grow.

Lisa demonstrates teamwork through her dedication to helping others learn and develop. Rather than simply providing answers, Lisa focuses on helping others understand the process behind the work so they can continue growing in their own roles.
